In order to allow one of our dedicated equine vets to give you the best advice and enable your horse to receive the best possible treatment, please have the following information to hand when calling:

• Owner's name
• Horse's name
• Description of emergency
• Contact phone number to call you back on
• Location of the horse (ideally with a post code)
